Baltic Hop - Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, which is why we try to collect and store as little data about you as possible when using our website or services. The purpose of this document is to explain what data is collected, how it is used, and what your rights are.

Type of Data and Usage

Basic information about your browser (user agent), device, network (such as your IP address), as well as the specific requests sent to our servers may be processed and used to protect our infrastructure and services. This information is not used to identify or de-anonymise individual visitors, nor is it used for tracking or to analyse your behaviour while visiting our website.

The only other data that is collected and stored is what you provide yourself by submitting a form on our website.

Data submitted when signing up is only used to organise the event. In particular, your data might be shared with teachers or volunteers working at Baltic Hop. Our website and backend service are hosted by OVHcloud. Please consult their own policy for more information.

For collaboration purposes, data is shared between organisers via Baltic Hop's Google Drive account. Please consult their GDPR policy for more information.
